Our projects

We work for health research, including the impact of movement and touch on physiology.
the human body, as well as to promote equality and diversity.

Our projects are aimed not only at education and rehabilitation, but also at supporting young people, scientists and communities at risk of exclusion.

ZOGA Movement®

What is ZOGA Movement®?
ZOGA Movement® is an innovative method created by Wojciech Cackowski,
physiotherapist and specialist in structural integration, combining movement therapy

with manual medicine. This method is based on a biomechanical approach to the body and its
structures, with an emphasis on precise impact on tissues through movement and manual
interventions. The aim of ZOGA Movement® is to restore the proper movement of the layers
fascial tissues in the body that may become stiffened due to trauma, inflammation,
repetitive movements or poor posture.

Group classes

The instructor leads the group through the process of discovering movement and freedom in specific parts of the body. The classes are health-promoting and preventive, improving posture and movement awareness.

The method works in two ways
main forms:

Individual therapy

It combines movement elements with manual interventions to precisely restore balance in the patient's body, supporting their health and improving global movement patterns.

Additionally as an individual trip

ZOGA Movement® is also an individual journey through the process of self-exploration of one’s own body, supporting the development of movement awareness and physical health.
